Your collection stays yours.

Summary

• DramKeep does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers — we don’t operate servers for the app.
• Your bottles, pours, tasting notes, wishlist, valuation, and settings live on your device.
• If you enable iCloud, your collection syncs through your own private iCloud account, which we cannot access.
• No account, no sign-in, no email required. No analytics SDK, no tracking, no advertising — ever.
• In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.

1. Information we collect

None that leaves your device. Everything you enter into DramKeep is stored locally on your device using Apple’s on-device database (SwiftData):

• Bottles and their details (distillery, proof, cask, single-barrel / store-pick info, price paid)
• Pours you log and the resulting remaining volume, valuation, and cost-per-dram
• Tasting notes (nose, palate, finish) and your ratings
• Your wishlist and in-app preferences

We do not transmit, collect, or store any of the above on our servers. DramKeep has no analytics, no crash-reporting SDK, and makes no network calls to us.

2. iCloud sync

If you are signed in to iCloud and have iCloud enabled for DramKeep, your collection syncs across your own Apple devices through Apple’s CloudKit private database — stored in your personal iCloud account. This data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. We have no access to your iCloud data and cannot read your collection. Syncing is optional; if you turn iCloud off, your data simply stays on the device.

3. Purchases

When you unlock DramKeep Pro, Apple processes the transaction. We receive only a transaction identifier and entitlement status from Apple’s StoreKit framework to unlock the feature. We never see your payment method, billing address, or Apple ID email.

4. Third-party services

DramKeep integrates no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs of any kind.

5. Data sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any user data — because we don’t collect any. The only data movement is between your device and your own private iCloud (if you enable it), and to Apple to process a purchase.

6. Your rights

Because we don’t collect personal data, there are no server-side records to request or delete. To remove everything stored locally, delete the app from your device; to remove synced data, disable iCloud for DramKeep or delete it from your iCloud storage in iOS Settings.

7. Children’s privacy

DramKeep is rated 17+ for frequent/intense references to alcohol and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

8. Data retention

Data stored on your device persists until you delete it or remove the app. Synced data persists in your private iCloud until you delete it there. We hold nothing on our side.

9. Security

Because your data lives on your device and your private iCloud, your device-level security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID) and your Apple ID security protect it. There is no DramKeep server to breach.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
